Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unused merchandise in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. An exchange or store credit will be issued for one year from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced to the best of our ability. An original receipt must be present at the time of the return or exchange.

Shipping is nonrefundable. A shipping call-tag will be issued for damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for any items returned to Missouri Botanical Garden for a refund or exchange without first notifying Customer Service.

Refunds & Canceled Orders

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) your refund will be submitted, and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility. Every effort is taken to process and ship orders shortly after they have been received. If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the Museum Store shipping it, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for "Returns & Replacements" above.
